We started using Cimex Solutions for our regular ongoing pest control in DeLand. We found the owner, Jason, to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. He spotted a little termite activity and quickly moved to stop it in its tracks. My parents who live in Brevard County were in need of a new pest control device. Once we learned Cimex services their area too, they quickly became a client!

Unfortunately, I had THE worst smell in my garage. I cleaned it from top to bottom and yes with 3 daughters, it was needed! Well, this scary lady just knew I was going to find something dead. Contacted Jason at Cimex Solutions after hearing something from my attic. Jason responded quickly and identified that we had rats! Jason kept us informed throughout the entire process. He found and repaired all openings and sanitized once he was sure that all the rats were gone. So glad we found Cimex!

Jason just rescued me from some chimney swifts who were living in my chimney and scaring my dog and cat with their noise, not to mention creating a mess in the fireplace with their dirt and debris. He also cleaned, sanitized, and capped the chimney and relocated the baby birds to a local sanctuary. His service was top notch and I am pleased to give him and Cimex Solutions my highest recommendation!

After returning from vacation, my roommate noticed she had a few bedbugs in her room. She called multiple companies in town and finally decided on one that promised results within 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks later the representative came back to inspect the abandoned room and there were more bedbugs at that time than there were to begin with!! She was moving out and wanted to get this situation resolved as quickly as possible. Luckily a friend gave her the number for Cimex Solutions and Jason came out that same night. She was blown away with Jason’s knowledge and professionalism, as well as his response time and compassion. Because she was moving out, and the fact that we work opposite schedules, I also needed to at least talk to Jason before we made the final decision. He took the time to call me and explain it all over again AND was willing to work with my crazy schedule! Immediately I knew that he was far more patient and understanding than any of the other companies we had met with, and he didn’t use the typical scare tactics the other companies tried to use on us either. He walked me through the process step-by-step and explained what I needed to do to prep, which was minimal compared to the other companies’ expectations, and what to expect when he was finished with the treatment. And I learned that he is an Entomologist, but he offers many other services as well, so it was clear that that he has far more knowledge than the ‘other guys’ do. Obviously, it was an easy decision to go with Cimex Solutions over the many other companies I spoke with. Jason delivered far more than I could’ve ever hoped for, and he got rid of the bedbugs, too!!

Our experience with Jason and Matthew was the absolute best. Jason was not only a knowledgeable professional, he was clearly empathetic to the very real effect it can have psychologically on a person in a bedbug situation. And for that I am most grateful. Thank you, Jason. What is most important about the service they provide is that it WORKS!! We had them come on February 22nd. Jason told us we would see a great reduction within first few days and gone in 2 to 4 weeks. By 4 weeks we were completely bedbug free. As promised. Don’t waste time looking, just use these guys and it’ll be done. Update: 4 years later and still bug free!!

This company helped a client of mine who doesn’t use the computer. My client paid another company to get this taken care of and after numerous calls and complaints they called Jason at Cimex Solutions. He came out that day and treated their home and no issues since. It’s been 2 weeks and no bugs. My clients were very pleased with Cimex.

Jason was very helpful and very professional. He is knowledgeable about bugs and took photos to show the nasty guys that were hiding in places you would never expect. He and his son (I believe) arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do, and even put bed coverings onto beds before leaving. Follow-up has been great too. My family took a trip and had the unexpected and awful experience of picking up bed bugs from the hotel. The hotel was no help with reimbursing us for our bad experience but then we found Jason who helped restore our peace. He was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but he went out of his way to be there for any questions or concerns. I noticed a difference very soon after he treated our home. If you want the best company hands down this is it!! I had a such a huge problem with bugs, and I was going absolutely crazy! I called Jason and he was so nice and so knowledgeable. He came out right away for me. We talked about the problem, and I was so happy I had found him. I left my house for 5 hours and he did his thing. I had no worries whatsoever that he was there alone. No joke I literally texted him over 50 times with questions and he answered every one right away without making me feel like a crazy person. You will never find a person like that these days. He did the job, which the price is very reasonable, and he works with you. I never write reviews but I wanted to so I can help other people find someone like him in such a horrible situation. (Well, horrible in my opinion.) If you have bugs of any kind, he is the person to call. I can’t thank him enough to get our life back! 5 stars is not enough.

I called every company around screening for the best and once again I found it. Cimex Solutions had every angle covered plus more. After spending an hour with Jason in person before the treatment I felt very comfortable leaving him in my home to get the job done.
